Club Stand Booking – Simple Guide
- Club Registration – The club coordinator submits an online form (via the button below) to register the club.
- Unique Code – We send the coordinator a code to share with members.
- Member Booking – Members enter the code and their details (via the button below) to book their spot.
- Automatic Allocation – The system assigns your club the right-sized space—no need to update numbers manually.
- Club Entry List – Coordinators can request a unique link to view registered members.
- Event Details – Instructions and vehicle passes are emailed directly to members before the event.
- Tickets – All drivers and passengers need tickets, purchased in advance (see ‘Get Tickets’ button) or at the gate for passengers.
That’s it! The system is fully automated—just register, share the code, and let members book in.
